  • Civil and probate cases except mental commitments, DV petitions, marriage applications, new small claims, and pleadings.
  • Protective order petitions will only be processed in person from 1:00 - 3:45 pm on Fridays. Email or Fax protective order filings that come in after 12:00pm will be processed on the following business day.
