If you are without a lawyer in a non-criminal case, you may use one of the free computer workstations available to the public in the courthouses in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, Kenai, Ketchikan, and Palmer. The workstations permit the following activities:
Alaska Legal Services Corporation - Fairbanks offers a free legal learning lab that includes 10 internet-connected computers and trained volunteers and staff to help you learn how to use the equipment and find information. You may use the lab for any non-criminal legal matter.

9:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Most public libraries now offer free access to the internet and basic word processing programs. If you need to print, public libraries usually charge between .20 -.25 cents per page. Check with your local library for more information. Alaska Library Directory
