IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF ALASKA ORDER NO. 1315 Amending Alaska Bar Rule 41 concerning service. IT IS ORDERED: Alaska Bar Rule 41 is amended to read: Service of the petition by the Bar shall be by personal delivery or by certified mail, postage paid, to the respondent. Unless otherwise specifically stated in these rules, all other service shall be by personal delivery or by first class mail, postage paid, addressed to the person on whom it is to be served at his or her office or home address as last given to the Bar and shall include a certificate of service showing the date copies of the documents were served, to whom they were served, and the name or initials of the Bar Association employee who served them. Service by mail is complete five business days after mailing. The time for performing any act shall commence on the date after service is complete.
