IT IS ORDERED:


          Personnel Rules C1 (General Provisions), C2
     (Classification), C3 (Selection), C4 (Certification and
     Appointment), C5 (Hours of Work), C6 (Compensation), C7
     (Leave of Absence), C8 (Separation, Discipline and
     Demotion), and C10 (Prohibitions and Penalties) are
     amended as shown in the attachment to this order.
